Transfers

If you currently rent a home from us you can apply to transfer to another property either with us of with another housing provider such as a council or another housing association. The rules differ for each housing provider, and you will need to check their requirements, but generally the following is considered:

• How well you have conducted your present tenancy (e.g. paid rent on time, not caused a nuisance to others, kept your home in a good condition etc).
• Your personal circumstances.
• How urgently you need to move.
• The availability of a suitable home for you.
