From 29th January 2024:

Our offices at 51 Scotland Road will be closed for walk-in enquiries but customers who would like to make an
appointment will be able to do so by choosing from a number of options - booking an
appointment to see your housing officer here at our offices, an appointment for a home visit or a
call over Zoom or Teams.

Please contact our Customer Service Team on 01223 315036 and they will be happy to arrange this with the appropriate team member.

Rent should continue to be paid via direct debit via AllPay, online with your rent payment card, at any Paypoint location or by calling us on 01223 315036 and selecting option 2 (you will need to have your rent payment card with your 19 digit PRN number to hand)
