From Monday 3rd July we are changing the way you pay your rent over the telephone meaning you will now be able to pay your rent at any time of the day or night to suit you!
To make a payment by telephone please call the Allpay automated payment line
on 0330 041 6497
You will need your debit card and your Allpay rent payment card, containing your payment reference number (PRN) to hand. As before, you will be given an authorisation code as your record of payment and payments will show on your bank statement to Allpay.net.
The payment line is a low-cost call rate and is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

This card has no value and can only be used to pay your rent either by telephone or at any Post Office or at any location that offers Paypoint.
