During September we will be adding new ways for you to give us feedback on how satisfied you are with the repairs service you have received.
We will be emailing customers as well as telephoning, and we aim to make giving feedback more accessible to you, so you can give your views in the way best suited to you.
In late September - early October we will be conducting a full customer satisfaction survey - please look out for more information coming soon!
