Hundred Houses hosts meeting with Daniel Zeichner MP

Hundred Houses hosted a meeting for Cambridge MP Daniel Zeichner today (16th June). The MP was keen to speak to housing associations in Cambridge and to understand what problems they faced as he has a particular interest in housing policy. Discussions revolved around the subjects of the proposed policy on right to buy for housing association tenants, waiting lists, homelessness, welfare reform, people in low paid work, apprenticeships and the problems of developing new homes.
Other participating associations included bpha, Cambridge Housing Society, King Street Housing Society, Sanctuary Housing and Metropolitan Housing.
