Aids and Adaptations

You or a member of your household may find that some adaptations will make your life a lot easier.
Examples include handrails on the bath, a walk-in shower or level access to your home.

We can usually only make these adaptations if :

  • social services refer you to us
  • an occupational therapist recommends that the work is necessary
  • there are sufficient funds available to carry out the works.

If you would like to know more about aids and adaptations please contact us on info@hhs.org.uk.

Alternatively, you can self-refer to occupational health by

email referral.centreadults@cambridgeshire.gov.uk
