Our Sustainability Approach
Alongside our focus on our customers and our homes, as a business we are keen to reduce our carbon emissions and the impact we have on the environment. Our new sustainability strategy sets out our commitment to how we plan to reduce our carbon footprint on existing homes, any future new homes and across our business.
This sustainability strategy has close links with both our Customer and Homes Strategies, with all 3 strategies focusing on ensuring we provide good quality services and homes and support customers in a way that meets their needs.
