The National Housing Federation represents 1,200 independent, not for profit housing associations in England, and is the voice of affordable housing. The Federation aims to support and promote the work that housing associations do and to campaign for better neighbourhoods and housing.
Eastern Procurement Consortium (EPC) consists of a number of social landlords with tenanted properties throughout East Anglia. EPC focuses on joining together the needs of its social landlord members and efficiently procuring works and services on their behalf. This ensures value for money and promoting best practise across all projects.
