During October 2023, we will be conducting a tenants' satisfaction survey. This is part of the new annual Tenant Satisfaction Measures that the Regulator of Social Housing has introduced.
The research company we are working with are called ARP Research and their partners, Prevision Research, will call you with the survey questions.
Calls will come from 01908 278310. Not every tenant will be called as we only need to speak to a representative sample of tenants.
