We are upgrading our IT system – update Wednesday 24th November 2021

Unfortunately, due to a technical issue the planned upgrade to our Housing Management System which was due to take place overnight on Monday night did not take place, the upgrade is now planned for Wednesday 24th November 2021 starting at 3pm and should conclude by 2pm on Thursday 25th November 2021,  during this time we will do all we can to keep business as usual as far as possible and apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

What does this mean for our customers?

You will still be able to contact us by telephone on 01223 315036 during office hours to report repairs, make a rent payment by debit card and all other enquiries, however we will not be able access any tenancy or repair information such as your rent account or repair history.

Unfortunately, you will be unable to access your tenant portal account during this time.

Our out of hours emergency repair service will be unaffected.
