On Wednesday 16th September 2020 we have a planned upgrade to our Housing Management System, during this time we will do all we can to keep business as usual as far as possible and apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
What does this mean for our customers?
You will still be able to contact us by telephone on 01223 315036 during office hours to report repairs, make a rent payment by debit card and all other enquiries, however we will be not be able access any tenancy or repair information such as your rent account or repair history.
Unfortunately, you will be unable to access your tenant portal account during this time.
Our out of hours emergency repair service will be unaffected.
