Tenant Satisfaction Measures - Your views on our performance

In April 2024, the Regulator of Social Housing introduced a new requirement for all social housing landlords to report annually on a set of measures that tell you how well we are performing. These are called the Tenant Satisfaction Measures (TSMs).
These consist of management data measures (for instance whether we completed gas safety checks within target) and customer perception scores. The customer perception scores are from the annual customer satisfaction survey that we completed in February 2025.
