Our Housing Management System is undergoing essential maintenance and will be unavailable from 12:30pm on Monday 19th April 2021 until late afternoon on Tuesday 20th April 2021, during this time we will do all we can to keep business as usual as far as possible and apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
What does this mean for our customers?
You will still be able to contact us by telephone on 01223 315036 during office hours to report repairs, make a rent payment by debit card and all other enquiries, however we will be not be able access any tenancy or repair information such as your rent account or repair history.
Unfortunately, you will be unable to access your tenant portal account during this time.
Our out of hours emergency repair service will be unaffected.
