HHS Customer Charter

We are very excited to be able to share with you our new Customer Charter, which we hope demonstrates our commitment to strengthening our relationship with all our customers, reflecting how important your voice and experience is to us.

We have used customer feedback to develop our Customer Charter and would now like to invite you to share your comments and suggestions to make sure that we have captured what really matters to you. HHS Draft Customer CharterOnce the Charter has been finalised, we will use it to take our commitment to you to the next level by agreeing and setting out what you can expect from us in our new, refreshed local offers. We will continue to regularly monitor our performance based on the ratings you have given us above, and to ask for your feedback to continue to ensure our Customer Charter remains relevant over time.
