In view of the fast-changing situation resulting from the spread of COVID-19, we would like to reassure our customers that we are taking all necessary steps to minimise the risk of infection.
We have been carefully monitoring the COVID-19 situation and have put in place the following appropriate, precautionary measures:
- We will continue to provide services whilst seeking to reduce the risk of infection to both customers and employees
- Employees and contractors will be asking if anyone in the household is self-isolating before making a home visit.
- Any customers needing a repair or home visit will be asked to inform us if they believe they may have been exposed to COVID-19 so that we can take the necessary precautions.
- If you think you may have been exposed to COVID-19, please either go to NHS 111 Online or please phone 111.
Unless your visit is essential please do not visit our office but contact us by telephone (01223 315036) or email (firstname.lastname@example.org) in the first instance.
Access to this office is restricted at this time to keep you and our team healthy by avoiding non-essential contact with others.
These measures will be kept under constant review.
