New homes for local people in Stretham and Gamlingay
We were very excited to be able to offer some brand-new homes to our customers during 2024-25. The 11 new homes we took ownership of are all fantastic.
Initially, we purchased 6 homes on a lovely development in Stretham, consisting of 2 houses and 4 bungalows. These homes were allocated in partnership with a local community land trust, ensuring the homes went to local people who had the highest housing need.
In addition, we purchased 5 brand-new flats in Gamlingay, in a modern purpose-built block. These 5 flats all benefit from having a high energy-efficient rating with high levels of sound proofing and insulation.
The new homes are all now occupied by local customers.
