Would you like to help shape and improve the services we provide?

We are seeking customers who want to help make a real difference to the services we provide.

Our Scrutiny Panel is being renamed the Service Improvement Group – a clearer name for a group that is all about turning customer feedback into better services.

We have vacancies for this group and would love to hear from customers who have an interest in getting involved.

As a member, you will look at how our services are working, ask questions, share your views and help us identify practical changes that matter to customers.

You do not need experience — just an interest in improving services and a willingness to get involved. We will support you with the information you need and can provide training.

Why join?

  • Have your say on the services you receive
  • Help highlight what is working well and what could be better
  • Influence improvements that benefit customers
  • Meet other customers who care about making a positive difference.

We want the group to reflect a wide range of customer voices, experiences and ideas.

If you are interested but unsure whether you have the time, please still get in touch. There are different ways to be involved, and the level of commitment can vary. You could take part in a one-off meeting or become a member of the Service Improvement Group, which meets at least four times a year.

If you are interested in one of the vacancies, or just want to find out more, email info@hhs.org.uk or call 0300 303 5770.
