Our offices at 51 Scotland Road are closed for walk-in enquiries but customers who would like to make an appointment can do so by choosing from a number of options –

• an appointment at our offices
• an appointment for a home visit or at another location of your choice
• a call over Zoom or Teams.

Please contact our Customer Service Team on 0300 303 5770 and they will be happy to arrange this with the appropriate team member.

Rent should continue to be paid via direct debit via AllPay, online with your rent payment card, at any Paypoint location or by calling us on 0300 303 5770 and selecting option 2 (you will need to have your rent payment card with your 19 digit PRN number to hand)
