Sara brings experience from Executive and Non-Executive positions in public, private and third sector organisations across various sectors including construction, housing, the hi-tech sector, education, care and the arts. Sara is actively involved in the local community in Cambridge, currently serving as a governor in a local school and a trustee for other local charities.
Sara first got involved in housing as a charity Board member in the 1980s in Cambridge, leading the charity through an ambitious development programme. In 2006, Sara joined Hill Partnership as Business Development Director and has continued her commitment to the social housing sector with various Housing Association Board roles, including as Chair of King Street Housing Society in Cambridge, leading on their integration with Aldwyck / Catalyst. Sara is a Board member and Chair of the Tenant Experience Committee for Havebury Housing Partnership.

Adam is a qualified town planner and has worked in the housing sector since 1987. He has held senior development and partnership director roles for over 30 years, and until the end of 2021 worked with the social impact business, Funding Affordable Homes. During his housing career he has delivered a range of new build housing and regeneration projects and brings practical experience in the design, procurement, and project management.
Adam has experience of Board membership at national and local levels for charities, social housing and community organisations including the Urban Village project board and Crisis Trustee for 10 years. He is currently a Development Committee and Audit and Risk Committee Member for Orbit Group.

Claire is a Business Psychologist and Human Resources professional, leveraging 20 years’ experience across the field of people management and development. She holds an MSc in Occupational Psychology and is currently studying for her Doctoral qualification. Claire is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, a Fellow of the Association for Business Psychology, and a Fellow of the Institute for Leadership.
Claire is also currently serving as a Trustee of school charity, and opened her own consultancy, Psynergy Consulting, in January 2023 offering a link between business psychology and organisational design. She is also the Chair of the Association for Business Psychology. In her spare time, Claire runs a successful community judo club.

Craig is an accomplished Chief Executive, Executive and Non-Executive Director, with 30 years’ experience in the Housing sector. In that time, Craig has Lead on several successful merger and integration projects for large Housing Associations.
Craig has significant experience as a change and transformation leader, transforming the customer experience and delivering continuous service improvements in the Sector.
He is a Director and current Trustee of Racing Homes, an organisation providing affordable Housing to the horse racing sector.

Keith is a Property Professional with 35 years’ experience in public sector construction and maintenance, including 20 years as a Director in social housing. He has worked as both client and contractor so has excellent knowledge of the full picture of service delivery.
He has run his own consultancy, Carter Marshall, since 2004, providing advice on property management, development, options appraisals, procurement, service reviews and contract audits.

Paul is a finance professional with 36 years’ worth of experience working in one of the UK’s major commercial banking groups. The last 22 years of his banking career was served in the specialist social housing lending team. Since closing his chapter on banking, Paul has continued the connection with social housing, undertaking business development consulting work and non-exec roles in the sector.

Yasmin is Director of Finance at Amplius, the single organisation created following the merger of Longhurst Group and Grand Union Housing Group in December 2024.
Yasmin started her career with PwC, qualifying as an accountant and completing a degree in accounting whilst progressing within PwC’s audit practice. She continued to work in professional services before moving into the housing sector in 2020.
Alongside her roles at Hundred Houses Society and Amplius, Yasmin sits on the ICAEW Social Housing Sub-Committee and the SORP Working Party. Yasmin is a fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and has recently completed an MBA.
