Planning consent has now been granted to build 40 units of accommodation for over 50's. Work will start on the site in late 2008 and will be completed in winter 2009/spring 2010.

Those of you with allocated parking spaces to your home will now be in possession of a Parking Permit issued by Encore Estates who are managing the security and parking in relation to the whole of the Triangle scheme. Please ensure that you display this permit clearly in the windscreen of your vehicle as we have been advised that unless this is done, your vehicle will be clamped even if it is parked in a marked bay.
