Complaints

Hundred Houses Society is committed to providing high quality services to all our customers, but there may be times when things go wrong. When our service does not meet the expectations of our customers we want to know about it, so that we can investigate what went wrong, learn from our mistakes, apologise for any failure on our part and make improvements.

The Society will take all complaints seriously and aims to ensure that customers' needs are met in an efficient, effective, courteous, fair, accessible and consistent manner.

Complaints about anti-social behaviour and nuisance will be dealt by our housing management team under our Nuisance and Anti-social Behaviour Policy and Procedures.
