NEW Cambridge Spooked - a resident's blog
Following on from the Tenants Services Authorities extensive national consultation with tenants, a set of national standards was produced. Hundred Houses now wishes to consult with its residents about what would work best for them on a local level. Attached is the document we are consulting on and we would be very pleased to hear from residents about their views.
An Annual Report will also be produced in September and sent to each residents' home. This document contains information on how we have performed against the standards and targets set for 2009/10, and also gives opportunity to comment further on future standards.
We are very happy to hear your views, particularly if you think that certain standards should be different in a particular location, or if some standards should be different because of peoples circumstances. Please let us know what you think by 31st December 2010.
