In March 2009 our Board approved a new Mission Statement and Corporate Objectives:

To provide affordable, high quality and sustainable housing solutions, wider life choices and opportunities for all our customers and communities.

Our Values
- Customer Service - as a service provider, the Society is committed to meeting the needs of tenants, shared ownership leaseholders, stakeholders and the wider community by providing a courteous and efficient service.
- Affordability - lower rents for low income households reduce the danger of social exclusion. Notwithstanding the government's intention to standardise rents by 2012, the Society remains committed to affordability, which is demonstrated by the favourable level of its rents compared with other Registered Social Landlords.
- Value for Money - the concept of highest quality of service for best price is constantly reinforced whether building new homes, maintaining existing homes or buying or providing other services. The Society is committed to achieving efficiency without compromising quality in all its services.
- Promoting Diversity - the Society is strongly committed to being fair to all individuals or groups and will not tolerate discrimination in any form.
- Openness and Accountability - as an organisation in receipt of substantial public funding, the Society works in an open and accountable manner to ensure that all its stakeholders are aware of the activities it undertakes and the policies it adopts.
