Hundred Houses Society has been building and managing homes for over seventy years, and is responsible for approximately 1,000 properties in and around Cambridge. Over the past few years, the number of homes we provide has increased as follows:

Within our total housing stock some properties are designed to be accessible for people with limited mobility, or for wheelchair users.
Continuous improvement of services and raising standards in the quality of our homes is paramount. We achieved Construction Client's Charter Status during the year, and are now working towards the outcomes identified in our five-year action plan, including improvements in sustainable, energy efficient homes and development of training needs and skills. We will be signing up for the 2012 Construction Commitments.
