The aim of this Code of Conduct is to provide our residents with a high-quality maintenance service, and we believe that this can only be achieved if all Hundred Houses Society staff and contractors work together to ensure 100% customer satisfaction. This revised Code outlines what we expect of our contractors when they carry out work to the Society’s properties. All our mainstream contractors will be given a copy of this Code and be requested to meet its requirements.
