Opening hours

• We are open Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
• Our switchboard is open from 8.45am to 5.00pm (4.30pm on Friday).
• Our offices are open from 9.00am to 4.30pm (4.00pm on Friday).
• On the last Tuesday of each month the offices will not open until 11.00am as staff training takes place.

 

If you can't get to us

If you are housebound or find it difficult to get to see us because you live some distance away, let us know and we will come out to see you.  Equally, if you are working during the day and can't get to see us in office hours let us know and we will arrange to come to see you at home at a time that is convenient.
